I am a native of Arizona and have lived in Tucson since 1951. My philosophy is simple: 1. The Clients interest comes first: 2. Lawful instructions should be followed: 3. Protect the client from foreseeable risks: 4. Keep the client's secrets: 5. Provide vital information: 6. Be accountable. I believe that continuing my education, knowledge of the market, devotion to my clients interest, and noteworthy experience in problem solving are the key ingredients to achieving the wonderful rewards and success I have experienced throughout the years.

I received my real estate license and began helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership in 1970. With over 30 years as a full-time Broker and Realtor, I know how to make deals work, and I know how to spot problems before they occur. I am a multi-million dollar producer and have closed more than 1100 transactions to date. I am currently working with Re/max Realty.

I have represented both sellers and buyers in the pre-owned home market and have also represented builders as a site agent and as a Marketing and Sales Manager. My extensive background gives me an advantage in spotting "diamonds in the rough." Few agents have my level of knowledge about real estate. My clients give me glowing recommendations. To find out what a technical, nuts-and-bolts approach, combined with a fanatical devotion to clients, can do for you in buying and selling real estate, please give me a call at 520-615-4654.
