DESIGNATION.
The GRI symbol represents the
most recognized professional designation
in the real estate industry and
is a prerequisite for pursuing
various advanced professional
designations. The designation
is conferred on qualified individuals
by the various state associations
of REALTORS, with the National
Association of REALTORS educational
standards assuring excellence
among the curricula.

SPECIALIST" DESIGNATION.
Every CRS has undergone a rigorous,
specialized course of detailed
training, aimed at making residential
transactions as smooth and worry
free as possible. A CRS brings

needs. Membership in a local Board,
State Association, and the National
Association of REALTORS®.
Every CRS is part of a much larger
network of real estate professionals.

lived in Tucson since 1951. My philosophy

I believe that continuing my education,
knowledge of the market, devotion
to my clients interest, and noteworthy
experience in problem solving are
the key ingredients to achieving
the wonderful rewards and success
I have experienced throughout the
years. I
received my real estate license
and began helping people achieve
their dreams of home ownership
in 1970. With over 30 years as
a full-time Broker and Realtor,
I know how to make deals work,
and I know how to spot problems
before they occur. I am a multi-million
dollar producer and have closed
more than 1100 transactions to
date. I am currently working with
Re/max Realty.
I
have represented both sellers
and buyers in the pre-owned home
market and have also represented
builders as a site agent and as
a Marketing and Sales Manager.
My extensive background gives
me an advantage in spotting "diamonds
in the rough." Few agents
have my level of knowledge about
