Selling Process - Closing Costs

All closing costs are negotiable in a contract for sale. Title Company charges can vary from company to company, not to mention the costs in different States, counties and cities. The following items are usually seen on a Closing Estimate Cost Sheet. Not all items apply to all contracts and some contracts will include additional charges.

The $ sign in the Buyer or Seller box indicates a higher percentage of times the particular cost is seen paid by that side of the transaction. A $ sign in both Buyer and Seller box indicates a split in costs, or being paid by either side of the transaction is common.

*You should have your Realtor go over the costs with you before you put your house on the market to avoid any surprises.
