When
your Realtor has found a buyer for your home and a

Open Escrow and deposit earnest monies.
2. Obtain conditional loan approval.
3. Appropriate party to pay for appraisal.
4. Obtain SPDS (Seller's Property Disclosure Statement)
approval.
5. Home Inspection, and buyer response.
6. Wood Infestation report.
7. C.L.U.E. report approval.
8. Title Commitment review.
9. Prepare to transfer Utilities.
10. Prepare for buyer final walkthrough.
11. Review closing documents.
12. Schedule closing at Title Company.
13. Attend Closing.
*The above list is not intended to be a complete itemization
of the process prior to closing.
*All the above items have timelines and aspects that
your Realtor will be keeping up to date on and informing
you of along the way.
